Situated on the end of the longere, La Grange benefits from two outdoor areas. A large area in front of the gite, equipped with BBQ and garden furniture, overlooks the garden, play area and pool. The second area is completely tucked away and very private overlooking open farmland.

Large french doors at the front of the gite open onto a large open plan living/kitchen/dining area with a beautiful round charentaise stonewall and oak beams. The large kitchen is fitted with new appliances including a dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. A mezzanine area, reached by a traditional spindle staircase, stretches over the dining area and kitchen. From the comfortable leather sofas in the living area the A-frame beams stretch all the way to the ceiling.

The mezzanine area, complete with stunning chandelier, leads to a beautiful main bedroom with exposed stone walls, oak beams and a large floor to sealing window with plentiful views over the communal garden ,pool and country side. Restored pieces of furniture give this room true french character. There is ensuite access from this bedroom to the luxury family shower room.

The second room is a small bedroom with bunk beds and views to the fields. Access to the bathroom is from the mezzanine area.

Recently restored to the highest standard, this gite contains all new fittings and furniture whilst retaining its rustic, French charm.
