• Print and complete the booking form (please read the booking conditions).


• Post the completed form to us.

• We will hold your requested gite for a period of 10 days to allow time to pay the deposit
  


• On receiving your form and deposit we will send you, via post or email, confirmation of your booking (until you receive this the booking is not confirmed).


• Twelve weeks before your arrival we will send a reminder for the full balance, due ten weeks prior to arrival.
  


• On receipt of your full balance we will send directions and a payment receipt, together with some useful info.
  


• If at any time you have any questions or wish to request further optional extra services, don't hesitate to contact us.
